Pawel is a Partner and Head of the Warsaw investment team. He is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of investments in Poland and serves on the Investment Committee.
For almost 15 years Pawel has been engaged in the Polish private equity investments, currently at MidEuropa in Warsaw and previously as Director at IK Investment Partners in Hamburg and at Sino CEEF in Munich.
Pawel has been supporting numerous investments in Polish companies including Displate, intive, JS Hamilton, Hortex, Axtone, Agros Nova as well as a few in Germany.
Pawel holds a Master’s in Quantitative Methods and a Master’s in Management from Warsaw School of Economics. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant.
