EI invests in UOS
Polish Enterprise Fund VI (PEF VI), a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors (EI), announced today that it has provided $28 million of equity financing for a minority interest in United Oilfield Services (UOS) and will join the Board of Directors of the company.
