Innova Capital, a leading private equity firm operating in Central and Eastern Europe, reaches the final close of EUR 271m on its Innova/6, Poland-anchored fund.

Mid Europa Partners, announced today that it has completed the sale of Knjaz Miloš, a major player in the production of mineral water and non-alcoholic beverages in Serbia and the surrounding region, to a joint venture between Karlovarské Minerální Vody and PepsiCo, Inc. Mid Europa acquired Knjaz Miloš in 2015 together with Imlek and Bambi, the leading regional dairy and confectionery players, respectively, forming the consumer group - Moji Brendovi.

Following an approval by regulatory authorities, ARX Equity Partners has completed an exit of its investment in Polish manufacturer of internal and external custom made sun shading systems Anwis Sp. z o.o. (“ANWIS”) via a sale to Novaco Invest GmbH, a subsidiary of WAREMA Renkhoff SE. The ARX investment into ANWIS generated an overall 3.3x cash-on-cash return multiple and an IRR of over 30%.

Abris Capital Partners, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Global Technical Group, the leading end-to-end building management solution provider in Romania. Abris will partner with the two founders Mr. Fadi Rida and Mr. Mihai Stanescu to grow the operations of the Group and further expand in the region. The transaction is conditional upon securing clearance from the anti-monopoly authorities.

Value4Capital announced the final close of its V4C Poland Plus Fund at Euro 91m.
