PSIK, the Polish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association reported three new investments and three exits from our members’ portfolios CEE last month.

MCI Capital  acquired 51% of IAI SA, e-commerce and e-travel software provider; Mezzanine Management backed Optimapharm - a Serbian company offering clinical research solutions with €10 m; and Abris Capital Partners invested in CADM Automotive – engineering and design office in automotive segment.

On divestment side, Mid Europa Partners exited Polskie Koleje Linowe to the Polish Development Fund, ARX Equity Partners sold Fincentrum, financial advisory business, to Swiss Life, and Abris Capital Partners sold Kopernicus Technology, TV and broadband service provider, to Telekom Serbia
