PSIK in cooperation with Invest Europe is organising Seminar on Arbitration in Private Equity on 20 March 2019, in Warsaw.
The aim of the seminar is to highlight arbitration issues in private equity transactions, and get private equity practitioners educated about and acquainted with the spirit and practice of arbitration and how it differs from court proceedings.
