Andrzej Bartos

    Andrzej Bartos joined Innova Capital in 2004 after spending three years at Allianz Specialized Investments, where he headed the fund’s Warsaw office. Prior to that, he worked in the investment banking and capital markets divisions of the Commerzbank Group (now mBank) and the Polish Development Bank. During this time, Andrzej Bartos was involved in numerous IPO transactions, equity financing projects and corporate finance assignments.

Przemysław Głębocki

Sylwester Janik

Ewa Ogryczak

    Ewa has more than 20 years of experience in finance. She is Certified Auditor, graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in 2003 on Finance and Banking faculty.

Tomasz Swieboda

    Tomasz has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital.     He holds a master’s degree in quantitative methods in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and also studied at Singapore Management University and the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

He has joined Inovo Venture Partners after leaving Penta Investment Group in 2013 where has worked as an investment professional for three years. Anna Wnuk
