PSIK gathers private equity/venture capital investors active in Poland. Associate membership is also available for other persons, companies and institutions interested in development of the private equity/venture capital industry in Poland.
The mission of PSIK is to promote and develop the private equity and venture capital industry in Poland, and to represent the interests of the Polish private equity and venture capital community in Poland and abroad. PSIK comprises 49 Full Members - representatives of private equity/venture capital management firms - and 117 Associate Members - consulting companies cooperating with the PE/VC industry.

"Central and Eastern Europe Statistics"
Produced in collaboration with the Invest Europe CEE Task Force, 2025 Central and Eastern Europe Private Equity Statistics offers the most comprehensive analysis of PE/VC activity across the region.
In 2025 total exit value in the CEE region increased by 26% to €1.71 billion, while fundraising remained strong at €1.87 billion — a 3% decrease from 2024, but 21% above the previous five-year average.
Overall investment value was 8% below the 2024 level, at €2.57 billion, due to the absence of large buyouts. However, mid-market buyout activity had a particularly strong year, with value rising by 52% to €780 million across a record 24 companies. Venture capital investment nearly doubled to €675 million, driven by later-stage financing rounds, while growth capital investment grew by 33%.
