Registration

Each member of the Association must meet the following conditions:

• Is involved in the operation of the private equity/venture capital market in Poland and is interested in its development
• Undertakes to observe the Charter and the Code of Conduct;
• Will present a recommendation from two full members (PE/VC firms).

In addition, full members meet the following criteria:

• Conducting private equity/venture capital investments is their core business;
• They aim to generate income through medium and long-term capital returns;
