Ewa has more than 20 years of experience in finance. She is Certified Auditor, graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in 2003 on Finance and Banking faculty.
For the past 11 years, she has served as Vice President of the Management Board of MCI Capital ASI SA., a large private equity group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and as a Management Board Member of MCI Capital TFI SA., an asset management company with assets under management exceeding PLN 2.5 billion and track record of 111 completed investments. She has been associated with MCI since 2014, where she is responsible for finance, legal, compliance, valuations, HR, and fundraising.
Previously, she worked as Director of the Warsaw Branch of auditing firm PKF Consult Sp. z o.o. and as Manager at KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o.
