Małgorzata Bobrowska is a Managing Partner focused on investment opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe. She is based in Warsaw, Poland.
Resource Partners is a private equity group with a focus on investments in the prospective small and medium-sized enterprises in Central and Eastern Europe. The group puts transaction focus on growth and buyout financing of EBITDA positive companies, with strong market position and proven strategy and business model, primarily in Consumer sectors.
Małgorzata co-founded Resource Partners after leaving The Carlyle Group in 2008. She was a Project Director at International Expansion team at PZU in 2009. Prior to The Carlyle Group, from 2001 to 2008, Małgorzata was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, both in Warsaw and Chicago offices.
Małgorzata earned her M.Sc. in finance and banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (Poland) and her MBA from Kellogg School of Management (USA). She also graduated from international management program at CEMS (Community of European Management Schools).
She serves at PSIK board since 2017. She is also a mentor at PSIK’s Social Business Accelerator since 2011. In 2021 she was awarded two PSIK Awards: Person of the Year and Social Business Accelerator Mentor.
