Marcin Hejka is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of OTB Ventures (c. €350m AUM), a pan-European deeptech VC focused on spacetech, AI and novel computing (inc. semiconductors) and physical AI (robotics, drones, next generation sensing). Since starting OTB in 2017, the firm has completed 35 investments and deployed c. €250m to back founders building the critical infrastructure of Europe's technological future.
He has 25+ years of experience in VC/PE. Previously, he spent 18 years at Intel Capital where he served as VP, a voting member of the Global Investment Committee, and Managing Director responsible for all international markets excluding China, managing 8 Intel Capital offices (including London, Munich, Tel Aviv, Singapore, Mumbai, Bangalore). In his career he has led 40+ investments with 20+ exits (IPOs, including 5 unicorns)
