An entrepreneur and investor with over a decade of experience in tech, he is the founder of two companies and has had two exits—sold to a Norwegian strategic investor and a PE-backed MBO before moving to VC. Previously, he was a Solo General Partner at Black Pearls VC (dragon exit – 18.6x to a NASDAQ listed buyer).
Marcin serves on the board of the following #BlackPearlsVC portfolio companies: Autenti, Telemedi.co, Tidaro, Insly, ENSO. He previously served on the boards of Skyrise.tech (exited to Etteplan - Finland) and Solwit (exited to Alten Group - France).
In 2023 he was a member of the PSIK Audit Commitee. Alumnus of Kauffman Fellows Class #22 (graduated in 2019), a Silicon Valley-based leadership development program for venture capitalists, spanning over 700 leading VCs worldwide.
