Paweł is a Partner and Co-Head of Healthcare at MidEuropa, where he has been part of the Warsaw investment team since 2018. He is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and overseeing investments through to exit.With more than a decade of experience in Polish private equity, gained at MidEuropa and previously at Enterprise Investors, Paweł has been involved in numerous transactions, including investments in Optegra, Diagnostyka, JS Hamilton, and most recently Oshee. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Paweł operates within MidEuropa, a leading private equity firm focused on Central Europe. The firm has raised and managed over €6.8 billion and specializes in mid-market investments, typically acquiring controlling stakes in market-leading companies.
