Sylwester is a Founding and Managing Partner of Cogito Capital Partners, a venture capital firm based in Warsaw, Poland and New York, USA.
Cogito invests in later stage and early growth B2B technology companies with Central European footprint and the potential for global expansion.
Prior to founding Cogito, Sylwester spent over a decade in senior leadership roles in venture capital and growth equity. He served, among others, as a Senior Partner at MCI Capital, where he led the firm’s European growth technology investment practice
Sylwester holds an MBA in Strategic Management of Technology and e-Business from Cass Business School in London, UK, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Gdańsk, Poland.
