Tomasz Swieboda is a Partner at Inovo VC, an early-stage venture capital fund backing technology founders from Central and Eastern Europe. Inovo’s portfolio includes around 50 startups, several of which are valued at over $100 million.
Tomasz has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital. He joined Inovo in 2013 after three years at Penta Investments, where he led investment projects and served on the advisory board of Empik. Prior to that, he worked as an investment banker at Rothschild in Warsaw.
He holds a master’s degree in quantitative methods in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and also studied at Singapore Management University and the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Prior to Penta, from 2007 to 2010, Tomasz was an investment banker at Rothschild in Warsaw.
Tomasz holds a Master's Degree in Quantitative Methods from the Warsaw School of Economics (Poland). He also studied at Singapore Management University and Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
