Tomasz Swieboda is a Partner investing in venture capital opportunities in the CEE region. He is based in Warsaw, Poland. Inovo VC is an early-stage venture capital fund focusing on investing in technology founders comming from CEE. His portfolio of ca. 40 startups includes 6 soonicorns with the valuation $100m+. In 2022 as 1. Polish VC investor he announced closing of the Inovo’s third fund, which is biggest seed stage VC in Central Europe.
Tomasz Swieboda has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity and venture capital. He has joined Inovo Venture Partners after leaving Penta Investment Group in 2013 where has worked as an investment professional for three years. During his work in Penta he was also part of the advisory board of Empik.
Prior to Penta, from 2007 to 2010, Tomasz was an investment banker at Rothschild in Warsaw.
Tomasz holds a Master's Degree in Quantitative Methods from the Warsaw School of Economics (Poland). He also studied at Singapore Management University and Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
