Relation to VC/PE industry

We provide full legal support in all types of transactions on the private equity market, including buyouts and capital-raising transactions, at all phases of growth of privately held and publicly listed companies. We advise at all stages of the project. We provide legal support with structuring the investment and the form of raising capital, as well as relations between the investors and the entities raising capital. Our private equity team has broad experience working on complicated transactions involving entities from many sectors of the economy. We know how key sectors of industry operate, we analyze market trends and challenges, enabling us to deliver clients not only legal support, but also knowledge helping them reach sound business decisions. We have particular experience working on projects connected with media, new technologies, infrastructure, industry, foods, and FMCG.
