Genprox provides specialised accounting, tax, regulatory reporting and statutory reporting services to Alternative Investment Funds and their portfolio companies. We perform due diligence analyses and fund asset valuations. We serve all types of alternative funds - private funds, corporate funds, public funds, classic VCs, asset optimisation and intergenerational succession structures and trading platforms. For portfolio companies of VC funds we provide BI analytics based on Microsoft Power BI or Google Data Studio platforms. For VC/PE funds, their investors and portfolio companies, we provide a dedicated Fundequate reporting and trading platform.

Since the AIFMD Directive came into force in Poland, together with the best law firms, advisers and auditors we have been working out standards for the VC market in Poland. Together with PSIK and PFR Ventures, in 2021 we worked out with the Ministry of Finance positive provisions in the Accounting Act for ASI, allowing the exemption of these entities from financial consolidation. We serve half of the ASI market in terms of regulatory reporting to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA) and have a significant impact on co-creating practice for financial and regulatory reporting standards and approaches to practical aspects of VC fund taxation. We perform several dozen due diligence analyses and valuations of AIF assets annually. We also advise on the structuring of VC funds.
