HR Hints is the first HR in the subscription model, trusted by over 130 companies in Poland, Europe, and the United States (companies from 12 countries in just the last 3 years). We are an external HR department that supports organizations in all matters related to people in companies: from recruitment to conflicts, communication, and organizational culture. Our model is based on joining the company and "getting things done", not just advising.
In our daily work, we ensure that HR is a partner for business in the organization. We help founders, boards, directors, and management teams build and lead organizations based on employees whose behavior can be predicted and who fulfill their duties in line with their organization's business goals.

Relation to VC/PE industry

From the very beginning, we have focused on supporting the investment ecosystem in Poland and the United States. We have worked directly with both Venture Capital and Private Equity, as well as with company boards and startup founders.
In addition to regular cooperation with many (over 130 for now) companies in the ecosystem, we are business partners with many investors: Inovo VC, Innovation Nest, Warsaw Equity Group, Movens Capital, Rubicon Partners, AIP Seed, Kulczyk Investment, Market One Capital, Abris, Grupa Pracuj, as well as accelerators: MIT EF CEE, Orlen Skylight Accelerator, Warsaw University of Technology Accelerator, Reaktor X.
