He specializes in advising private investors, PE/VC funds, business founders, and shareholders on M&A transactions, restructurings, mergers, transformations, and company divisions. Before founding his own firm in 2020, he practiced at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak for a decade.

Bartłomiej Biały - co-founder of BM Lawyers - has over 18 years of experience in strategic legal and tax advisory for reorganizational and transactional projects, as well as advising corporate groups and private clients (HNWI). He specializes in international tax law, business succession planning, and the creation of family foundations and ownership structures that support efficient wealth management. Before establishing BM Lawyers, he collaborated for many years with renowned law firms, including Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak.
