The investments are made through Luxembourg based funds. Since inception in 2022, Newport Logistics Fund I & II have raised capital from investors from EU, Switzerland, the UK, UAE and the USA, representing € 300M GAV invested in 9 projects in the Netherlands, the UK, Spain, Poland,
Germany, Austria and France.

We are a private asset fund. As a collective investment institution, we invest the money collected from private investors in full implementation of high‑quality logistics projects. The facilities are located in strategic locations with good access to infrastructure. Thus, we give our investors the opportunity to participate in the dynamically developing warehouse real estate market.
