WOOD & Company provides investment banking advisory services in the CEE/SEE/CIS region, including in particular the execution of IPO/SPO/ABB transactions as well as M&A, manages client assets, including public equity, commercial, retail and logistics real estate portfolios, as well as conducts and manages selective private equity, venture capital and blockchain investments. Investment banking services are supported by the brokerage and equity research teams focused on CEE/SEE/CIS markets.

In addition to the separate PE/VC business (outside Poland), PE/VC funds are clients of WOOD & Company for the realisation of their investments and the divestments of portfolio companies whether through the public or private markets.

Advising on initial and secondary public offerings, transactions in the form of share sales through ABB, share buybacks, tender offers for shares in public companies as well as selective M&A transactions.

The ultimate majority shareholders of the Company as at 31 December 2024 were Jan Sýkora,
Vladimír Jaroš, and Ľubomír Šoltýs (the owners). These persons are considered members of key management.
