Within just 12 months since Fund II’s first closing, the GP has completed 3 investments – two in Romania (Romania Education Alliance and La Cocos, with two co-investors) and one in Bulgaria (Endurosat). Soon after the investment in La Cocos’, because of its strong performance and scalable model, the business attracted the Schwarz Group and we have completed a full exit.
In December 2025 we have invested in the 4th deal - ECHO Elderly Care, the leading player in the Romanian elderly care market
